Dear Richard, balmy in Dar (I knew it!) Here is a site dedicated to spray nozzles (who knew?)
http://www.bete.com/about/index.html They make over 20,000 different spray nozzles. Maybe they have one that will properly disperse veggie oil, heated or unheated. Some oils like sunflower will harden when exposed to the air. Linseed is like that too. That might help. I believe the hardening ability is reduced if the oils are not cold pressed.
