I'm glad to see it pop up on the stoves@lists because for me what's in the cooking pot, is as important as the stove it's cooked on! Moringa is as they say, a miracle tree, and yet remains under promoted and indeed almost unknown where it exists alongside communities suffering from malnutrition. There are many recipes for using Moringa, and at Prakti Design, we have a plan to promote Moringa by practical demonstrations of it while introducing new stoves, here in Nepal, and also in Africa and Haiti where we work.
