Would you consider that #2 could be better called "Institutional and
industrial use" rather than "Institutional and industrial cooking" as
things like dying fabrics may be done with the stove in an industrial
(albeit home industry) environment and heating bath water for the baby
or wash water for medical procedures might happen in an institutional
environment?
