Not to my mind, as I said, to me a stove in some way controls the air
to instantaneous fuel ratio.
A Rocket stove and most other stick-burner stoves are controlled by the
addition or removal of fuel. They are certainly called stoves. The
issue of air control for fire control is hardly present except in the
gasifier stoves.
