Post news and information from your neighborhood: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] _________________________________________ Dave may be correct. But the reality is that if you want to participate at any level other than precinct its possible to get interpreters whose district or party may not be meeting. At the precinct level, at least in the DFL, you can participate by sending a letter to the precinct chair asking to be considered for delegate or alternate status. Unfortunately, this is all that is needed to get an interested party to the next level. Usually there are not enough people attending caucuses to even fill the delegate slots. Unless of course you are lucky enough to find an interpreter who is a resident of the same area and an adherent of the same party. That's why it's harder than putting the material in large print or finding an accessible venue.
