SPPS Grad 1972 Humboldt (Douglas Elem.) Two kids both graduated SPPS (Humboldt, Highland) One son attended a Charter school for grades 4,5,6 Through work as a neighborhood organizer active with two East Side Middle Schools and three elementary schools. I am a supporter of public education and an advocate of improved funding to improve quality by reducing class size. On a personal level, I hated the traditional structures and felt that it gave me great empathy for inmates when I later worked in corrections.
