As site work stopped the enquiring minds among us began to enquire. Turns out that there used to be horse stables in the area for some of the thousands of horses which moved people and goods around the Saintly City. Turns out that Menards dug into some unstable, loosely packed material and they needed to formulate a plan to deal with it. Rumor has it that the unstable, loosely packed material had something to do with the previous occupants of that and nearby sites.
