Hello All,

I haven't weighed in on the budget discussion for several days now and wanted
to follow-up on commitment to develop a FAQ to post at www.stpaulneat.org

Tim and I met yesterday to go over the general themes and develop a strategy
to address them. Lois and I have connected a couple of times over the past
week, but we haven't really had a chance to delve into things substantively
(schedules not jiving). Tim and I thought it would be a good idea to go ahead and
start answering questions as much as possible from external sources.

I started working this morning on background, "Why do we have a deficit?"
HAVE made changes at Feb 19 2004 NEAT-SPPS Budget Forum to reflect information
provided at the forum itself, but haven't had a chance to connect with MN
Council/Nonprofits re: update.

Am thinking better approach would be to take what's easily discovered and
post, and get that up quickly. Will try that route. If you have any information
for me, please email directly. Key here: use the data. Not looking for
opinions. Thanks much!
