This is getting a little on the downright silly side. Will GSE ever stop denying their problems? I doubt it.
Recently they went before the Judge again, as reported in the Community Reporter (surprising lack of coverage by the Pioneer Press or Strib), apparently GSE is not happy with the company that does the testing for it's odor compliance saying they are not a good company for this kind of stuff.
Rather than stick to the agreed upon settlement, the judge forced the two parties to go into negotiate the issue, and well now we will have two companies who will perform the next test. This will give GSE a chance to say "LOOK THEY ARE DIFFERENT" (yea they both say we stink but our company says we don't stink as bad as their company says), how can we comply with something like an ODOR test when it's so subjective?????
Apparently a fairly large number of residents were present at the hearing, trying to show support for the case, which is maybe why the judge forced them to come to some new agreement.
For more about GSE including: Documents, News Articles, (**NEW**) Complaint Book (**NEW**), Timeline of GSE/MN Brew operations from 1990 forward, try this URL

Only when you look at articles that go back to 2000 and the timeline will you grasp the reality of dealing with something like this after it is already in place.
