       What's New In Your Neighborhood?
==================================================

You know, you we expected similar activity to continue even though the name of the local Gin Joint down at the corner changed from something more Neighbhorhood friendly name.

We probably should have expected even more of the constant illegal activity and unsavory types of things that happen in the alley, not to mention the street fights, given the name change to the Lucky Fox Bar, and that they wanted to add dancers and music and etc...

But who would have thought that so fast they would have, owners included, been involved in the receipt and potential resale of stolen merchandise.

I point you to an article in todays Pioneer Press
http://www.twincities.com/mld/twincities/news/8497064.htm?1c

But of course the owners had no idea that these rather Stange flowering Animals would be worth more than the few dollars the person selling them was asking, I mean you see them at every flower shop and garden center everywhere don't you?

Luckily the city council has either totally nixed the idea of letting them add this sort of "entertainment" and their request for extended hours. If not I am sure it has kinda maybe sealed their bid to get it.
