Public education, government supported health and
welfare programs, the war on drugs, you pick it. They
have all been stuffed full with cash so many times
you'd think that they'd be sealed off tight with the
just the residual small change by now.
It seems we'd know by now that instead of a
coagulating agent, money is a very efficient solution
solvent.
