Is basing a legal case on assumptions a brand new
strategy? I haven't run across that one until now ;-).
In Dan's previous post, he spoke to the research he
had done to present his case and since it was based
upon the same information, he wondered why this one
was not acted upon as his was.
If what Councilman Helgen has posted is correct, I'm
wondering why Dan's case was acted upon in the first
place.
