Are you really wondering whether the hockey tickets came from NFL, or do you
mean NHL?

I thought there was a legal question about whether the Wild (the actual
presumptive donor) was under the legal restrictions for registered lobbyists
because they hadn't spent enough money lobbying in order to be required to
register even though they had actually registered.  I haven't looked to see
if there's a legal precedent for that question, but I think it's a bona fide
question for the courts.  What was the legal basis for finding that the Wild
weren't bound by the rules for lobbyists?
