I have suggested that we do, indeed, reclaim the land
around Ayd Mill Road for other purposes. In fact, I
suggested that the land be used for a celebration of a
oppressed minority group culture, background and
heritage. 

I did this last year. I believe that the land is owned
by the railroad, there eniment domain is what is
called for.
