Amen, Chuck.  So let's say that smokers have a right to smoke.  After all, 
you can smoke outdoors, right?  Well, what about your right to go 
barefoot, which you have outdoors?  Or without a shirt?  Or walk your dog, 
which you can do outside?  

These are just a few things you can do on a public street, but not in a 
bar.
