A month or so ago, I went to a Roseville city council meeting to encourage
them to consider a smoking ban. I identified myself as a Saint Paul
resident who likes to spend maoney in Roseville. They welcomed my input,
and as a Saint Paul resident, I welcome the input of our neighbors. We
don't vote in each others elections, but we live in the same community.
