absolutely.  that's no secret.  does that proclude me from the discussion?  i
didn't see in the rules that you had to live in the city limits to comment.  

besides, bob said he felt betrayed because he voted for kelly and now kelly
supports bush.  I lived in st paul when kelley was elected and i voted for him.
 seems relevent to me.
