Please don't get me wrong I am in favor of a smoking ban, any smoking ban. And if smoking is as bad as they say it is, which I believe it is, any ban would be better than none. But as I have said before, the state, and the fed make way more money per pack than the evil tobaco companies, so expect this to be debated to death before any thing happens. (no professional polatitian gives up tax revenue with out a fight). Gotta love Jesse the Body to prove my point.
The only group of people the are being force to breathe second hand smoke now a days, are the children of smokers and none of the bans currenlty being proposed even admits they exist, because of the political down side. If anyone can think of another class of peple who are force feed second hand smoke please reply.
