It looks as if many commuters driving their usual 45 or 50 mph on West 7th are going to end up with door prizes. It's too late to even organize and protest this, isn't it? We probably should have known better than to think we were through with the issue - how long ago was it? - a year and a half or two years ago. We've all been so busy with all the rest of the stuff that's being done behind our backs - we dropped the ball on this one.
