My point was, either you get trucks on west 7th or you get them on 35E.
Actually, I'm not sure that this is the case.
I'm not sure that there really is a truck problem on W7th, beyond the local trucks that are there regardless of 35E.
I'm thinking that whatever trucks have been diverted from 35E have gone other places (other than W7th).
Anyone else care to comment on this (because I really don't know what I'm talking about).
Is anyone really claiming that trucks diverted from 35E is a serious problem on west 7th?
