It is entirely possible that the flyer was inserted in and distributed with the �Voice� without the publisher�s knowledge. I publish the �Villager� and �Avenues� newspapers in St. Paul. Both are delivered door-to-door and via newsstands. I contract with Independent Delivery Service to distribute the door-to-door copies. The contract stipulates that IDS may distribute its own customers� flyers along with my newspapers, and I have no foreknowledge of who those customers are nor of what they are advertising. My guess is that the �Voice� uses IDS as well, since that company is really the only game in town for door-to-door distribution. Michael Mischke -- Please note that my email address has changed.
