Voted in my Highwood Hills precinct in 67B at 9:10.
Number 382. Full, but "line" was only 1 or two
people. Turnout seemed up a little, but our precinct
usually gets high turnout. No "Move-on", sign holders,
etc. present.
Swung by six other precincts on way in to work to
check out traffic and see if anyone was out with
signs, etc.:
Battle Creek Elementary, Battle Creek Middle, Conway,
Harding, Wilson Highrise, and Dayton's Bluff
Elementary
Traffic seemed fairly heavy at each though I don't
normally swing buy them so have no base to compare
against.
Irregularities?? Saw 2 Kerry and 1 Bush sign illegal
placed in a public median. 1 group of 4 or 5
somebodies, doing something on the sidewalk outside
the Wilson Highrise location (more than 100 ft from
the doors). They had clipboards and pamphelts of some
sort - weren't any voters around when I drove by.
