[StPaul] Nothing about the Meeting of the Cities?

I find it strange that there is no discussion about the discussions 
that are supposed to take place between the City Council of St Paul 
and that of Minneapolis.  I guess it's the first time since the mid 
70's... Kind of a long time to not get together and chat with each 
other.

Not that they will solve anything, but wouldn't it be kinda 
interesting if they meet together on a more regular basis? Say once a 
year or even more frequently?
