Elizabeth Dickinson West Side ---------- Hello Everyone, I made a leadership decision -- I invited Mayor Kelly to come to our block club meeting on Monday, March 7, 2005 at 7:00PM. He is coming as part of his "Street Beat" community meetings. There will be 50 of these small, around the kitchen table meetings throughout the City. The purpose is two-fold: 1) we get to tell him what is on our mind and 2) we get to tell him what we want our community to be like in the future and suggest ways to reach that goal. The woman I talked with, Holly, calls them visioning meetings.
