Dennis I assume then that you will put a cut in money where your mouth is, and ask your employer for a cut in pay, fewer benefits, and longer hours? Surely you want him to be competitive - and you want your job to continue - so you need to think ahead and ask for less and less from him for more and more from you, until he's giving you his nothing for your everything.
