Claims of education funding cuts just don't add up

There wasn't a kid standing in front of the state Capitol on Monday  
afternoon, or parent for that matter, who could have passed a test on why they  
were 
there. They think they were there because somehow they have it in their  heads 
that the state of Minnesota has abandoned public  education.
