To correct Matt Anfang's mistake, Councilmember Benanav cast his vote in
opposition to city's 2005 budget, because of, among other reasons, the
decommissioning of Fire Engine 20 in his ward, the reduction of 14
firefighter jobs, the shortage of 40 police officers and the dangerous
shortage of 911 dispatchers.
