Yes, the two posts per day rule is essential. Once a hot topic like Ayd Mill Road breaks out, there are any number of people who will be wishing they had a third post to clarify something they said earlier.
Its not fair to those who have restrained themselves, when some members write themselves an exemption to the rule.
NOTE: As of today, their are two operating E-Democracy.Org local issues forums in the United Kingdom. They are using some new software, called GroupServer, which allows us to technically limit each participant to only two posts per day.
I'm hoping that we will move the St. Paul Issues Forum to this new software sometime in the next couple of months. If anyone wants to take a look and give me their feedback, here are the URLs:
