Tearing their hair out??? On Jan. 24 the Omnibus
Senate File (SF0001) - which included support for the
dike - was approved in two votes that day. ALL FOUR
St. Paul senators voted for the bill - BOTH times. In
fact, Pappas was one of the 5 authors of it.
Either they've all found religion in the last 6 weeks
or their doing what their breed of politicians does
best.
