I agree with Tim the interest of 3M had as much as if not more to do with
this than anything else. They have a hanger at Holeman and their planes are
regularly used. It is a lot easier to get in and out of there than
International.
So, the pressure now is on Congresswoman McCollum to deliver on 17-20
million for the dike. There is no Federal money yet only the belief that you
can
get the money if you have the 10-15% match from local sources.
