The French employed the design long before us. There's one around the Arc De
Triumph with like 6 different avenues coming into it.
Washington D.C. was designed (by a frenchman) with these point de circles in
mind.
It's a smart idea, but knowing how well the French are regarded at the moment
in this country, perhaps we should name these things...Freedom Circles.
