Should St. Paul proceed with this independently of
Minneapolis (and maybe surrounding suburbs)? Someone
raised the point earlier that you will lose your wi-fi
connection when moving from St. Paul to Minneapolis if
you're signed up for just the St. Paul service.
Wouldn't it be better to join with Minneapolis and
create a single system with a single payment that will
work in both places?
