I don't get it. I feel like I'm missing something. Do they have evidence that he murdered someone? Whether he's racist or not is somewhat besides the point. It may make it a hate crime and effect sentencing, but murder is murder. To say the guy is a good athlete or good with his friends is completely irrelevant.
