This is CA...wait till the Wine Snobs start hitting the weed market... "A saucy little leaf, with hints of briar, peaches and cinnamon, and an impudent nose." They'll be able to sell it with fancy labels and prices to match; I wonder what will be the 'Two-Buck Chuck' of weed... My only question is: how do you sip-n-spit a joint? :-) As for the cartels, they'll stop moving weed and step up the meth, heroin and coke business, or simply sell mexican weed legally.
