Haven't really noticed such an increase over the usual amount of junk email. 
The stumping has changed to suit the season (Viagra! Stock up for Xmas!), but 
not the volume. Even that volume is annoying, especially when they start 
defeating your email filters.

I'm fairly immune to television advertising, too. That's one advantage of 
recording late-airing showing and watching them the following evening.

It'd be nice if any form of advertising were required to use a .jnk domain. 
It'd be so much easier to block all but those pitching stuff you were seeking 
to buy.
