It's definitely Comcast that is blocking the site. They were able to remotely 
turn off "Smart Packet Protection" at my home modem, but I haven't yet verified 
if it works. Here at the office, which has a different modem, they claim 
nothing is being blocked. Ran out of time to argue with the jerk, so I got a 
case no. and will call back later.

And thanks for the workaround. Not sure if I have access to any of that stuff, 
but my partner will.
