The Comcast tech support tweak didn't fix a thing, so the trouble ticket was 
sent to level 2 support. How impressive. They'll solve the problem within 72 
hours. Big whoop.

The Bruce-tweak worked like a charm. Just in time, too. That was a spectacular 
galaxy photo today.
