Part of the reason people are jumping all over this is because of the recent 
pink slime uproar.

On the one hand, I thought there was a fairly sizeable market for whey for 
things like feed additives and such. It's perfectly nutritious stuff.

On the other hand, on the "give 'em an inch, they'll tale a mile of camel nose 
into the tent" standard, milk mixed with "permeate" IS adulterated, and we do 
want them to tell us when they do that shit.

They should just call it 'whey', though, unless they think it's some powerful 
spider attractant....

Just so long as consumers don't figure out that their water is ALL contaminated 
with that horrid dihydrogen oxide...8-P
