I don't know. Someone claimed that the author had given up and was abandoning the project, but this was based on third-hand info on the MacUpdate forum, not the actual sourceforge project page.
I believe the only thing that does not work is the cache clearing, and that's because some of them have moved around; the script itself is a relatively simple bash script.
