Aldus sold Freehand (Which it licensed from Altsys) to Macromedia before Adobe
bought Aldus. Then the Borg, I mean Adobe, bought Macromedia.

Ahh the good old incestous days of Mac Software :-)

Aside: The very first piece of Mac software I ever owned (which was purchased
before I owned a Mac!) was Silicon Beach's SuperPaint, for which I have an
inordinately soft spot in my heart.
