Yeah I remember when I acquired an external 800MB drive and suddenly I was able to use amazing stuff like Adobe Type Manager, and more than one desk accessory! Didn't pick up Pagemaker until many years later though; my first DTP package was Ready, Set, Go… My wife worked at the time for a graphic designer/scientific illustrator (this was 1987-88-ish, as well) and he had the gobsmackingly amazing (and gob-smackingly expensive) setup of TWO Mac Pluses (one of them with the weird wrap-around thing that let you use IBM 5 ¼" floppies with it) and a Mac II with a truly gargantuan 16" color monitor setup. -- Bruce Johnson University of Arizona College of Pharmacy Information Technology Group Institutions do not have opinions, merely customs -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "StrataList-OT" group.
