No. That won't work, except maybe to fry whatever port it gets plugged into.
Ethernet and USB are two different things. APC Uninterruptible Power Supplies come with such a critter, but that's because they're using an RJ-45 jack on the UPS for unnatural purposes, not ethernet. What are you trying to accomplish?
