i'll have to drag the MBP into this, as the big imac has a bum ethernet port and i haven't got a converter plug. it seemed ok for a bit, but then the connection went titsup, knocking the base station and airport express module offline (no light) i did upgrade the modem to a motorola surfboard SB 6121, but it seemed like the trouble started after the airport util. update. i wonder if elfgurls skyping to hong kong is a culprit...;)
