To "errors", add prefix, suffix, header, footer attrs, to "messages", add prefix,
suffix attrs

This is what I was trying to address by suggesting the addition of the "prefix"
and "suffix" attributes to "messages", although with defaults of
"messages.prefix" and "messages.suffix". If both the attributes and the
defaults were added, I believe that would get you what you're looking for.

The only question is whether it's worth the value, and worth the very slight
backwards compatibility issue (would now automatically use any existing
"messages.header", "messages.footer", "messages.prefix", or "messages.suffix"
properties). I think the risk is minor, but it is a risk.

However, I also believe that the way the "messages" tag works right now could be
convenient for many cases (iterates over body of tag for each message). I think
this functionality should also be in the "errors" tag, for consistency.
