suffix attrs

I believe we're really trying to deprecate the html:errors tag as being a bit ~too 
convenient~. 
The idea with the messages tag was that it gave us a way to put ALL the markup in the 
page -- AND NOT in the 
message resources. The errors.prefix, errors.suffix features was a clever idea that we 
slipped 
in for fun, but it doesn't seem like the sort of thing we want to carry forward to the 
messages tag.
