I guess I don't know what that means.  The "David" obviously refers to David
Geary, not me, but I don't know what the "JSTL" reference is for.  I would
have assumed they would first build something that combines the best of
"regions" and "tiles", without incorporating the JSTL EL engine, and that
something like "regionstiles-el" would be implemented separately.
