The tool support for subversion is not nearly as good as it is for cvs yet. I've expressed my opposition to this on commons-dev so I'll sum up my points here: 1. For me, part of the fun of developing OSS is using and supporting other OSS projects. Jira is not open source so it takes some of the fun away. 2. We've been fairly consistent with tracking corresponding bugzilla bug numbers in the cvs commit messages. This has proved extremely valuable when researching and fixing bugs. I would hate to lose that meta data. 3. I have no problem with bugzilla so it's a, "if it isn't broken, don't fix it" situation.
