Hi,
My 2 cents:
1) the extra overhead of adding the tags does not
sound appealing to me
2) the author still need to be aware of character set
3) putting all the languages in a single XML file will
slow down the wep app loading process (not to mention
a higher memory consumption)
In short, I believe a better approach is as Pierre
suggested to implement a new MessageBundle class.
