Thanks Martin :-)  It's a small thing, but, if people know it's there, 
it's presence could help us all a lot -- and save us having to reinvent 
it.  I think my favorite quote out of the docs was made by Craig, who 
said, "If you don't know what's there, it can't help you :-)" or 
something analagous.

Serializable is good.  I hadn't thought of that (yet), and I'm glad you did.
