No, I'm not a committer (from my understanding of the term).  I can't commit 
anything to cvs, I've just submitted a few docs and maybe a patch for code.  
I understand that everything we submit won't get applied but if it's not 
going to be used they could at least post a response in bugzilla telling us 
why.  Without that it's a bit discouraging.
